Fe/male Fit House was created from the studio. From daily practice, real experience, and a clear understanding of what movement tools should feel like when they are truly well made.
When I began teaching Pilates in April 2024, I noticed a clear gap.
Equipment was often practical but lacked refinement, or beautifully designed yet not built for real, consistent training.
As instructors, we know the difference. We feel what supports the body. We understand what lasts.
